Optimistic Nihilism is a metaphysical and social stance which advocates that since there is nothing given to value for us, we can make our values for ourselves, hence the optimism. Note that Optimistic Nihilism, strictly speaking, is to be differentiated from Anti-Nihilism and Passive Nihilism.
